Officially 900ft in Lithuania (as every aircraft) but there is always BUT.... emoticon smile

no exceptions for ppg but there is one exception that ppg don't need runway and aerodrome so... you can always be on takeoff and land position emoticon grin

in case you can say "I was especting to land here but finally I saw obstacle and y decision was to land here is not safe

Hungary: minimum 500 feet above uninhabited areas, minimum 1000 feet above inhabited areas (plus keep a landing zone in gliding distance at all times). But nobody really cares with the 500 ft rule as long as we do not disturb other people and animals.


There is a 500ft rule in the UK for all powered aircraft, normally interpreted as a vertical height but it's not, you have to be 500ft clear of people or property so you can hedge hop in open countryside as long as your that distance away from anyone or anything and not causing a public nuisance

That is a much more sensible rule Bob. What is classed as "property" ? Private land? In Australia we can be 1000 km from the nearest person but if we are below 300 and want to share a beautiful photo or video of a flight then technically we can get in trouble. Mind you the law has only just come in so we don't know how strict they are going to be about it.

In NZ its 500ft, the general rule is:
The minimum height over any other area is 500 feet. There are exceptions, such as aircraft operating within a low flying training area, agricultural aircraft operations, emergencies, and when the genuine purpose of the flight requires the aircraft to be flown at a lower height....

In usa you cannot fly over people houses you can fly over national or state parks over 500 ft from the hiest building tower etc now fields no regulation ..lakes depends if the are in parks or the rules the ] ark has about ppg ppc.in e airspace no problem but in controled air space you can fly up to 18000 with airband and you need talk with air control if close to an airport

In Indonesia, use common sense as dont fly near and above sensitive object as airport, government building, oil and mining factory as an example. But the drone community just have a set back because of many newbie drone pilot lack of the air rule sense...
